Being honest in all things and fighting against the temptation to spin a lie to avoid perceived consequences or negative reactions makes us stronger, better people.

People deserve to have the whole truths about things so they can make decisions with full relevant knowledge.

Even if there are hurt feelings or consequences, it’s probably the best path forward with the least long term consequences and best outcomes. Best of all we won’t have to endure the stress of bearing guilt or shame or fear of exposure.
