All positive change begins with an idea. Good writers are masters of creatively innovating and persuasively conveying ideas. By writing about our ideas it helps us critically evaluate them and by sharing them with others we create the possibility of collaboration which opens a gateway to infinite possibilities. The more people become aware of injustices and other problems, the greater the chance some will take action, not only to spread word to others, but in actively working to solve problems and injustices.

As more are emboldened by the leaders standing up for their beliefs, even more will awaken and an unstoppable force will be created. All will see their potential to be leaders themselves and all that we can accomplish together.

We all have voices. Some of ours are louder than others. Some have a deeper reverberation reaching a greater number of people. The fact that we can all follow each other on here and share our writings and ideas is pretty cool. I think it’s especially amazing the depth of influence we have in our connectedness..

Amassing followers is like increasing the volume of our microphone, expanding the reach of our voices, deepening our level of impact. Like you, I feel blessed with a special gift for writing and talent for thinking creatively. Please follow my blog. Like you, I have a lot to say and I’d like to be able to say it to you.

I’m a firm believer is collaboration, and a consultative leadership style. I belong to a Church and there’s defintiely two tiers in that place…the leadership and the rest. Of course, the leadership would like to think of the rest as followers. However, not everybody wants to submit to the system and become corporatized. I find myself standing out there on my pat malone with too many questions and contradictions and some of the leadership talking too confidently and not addressing that things go wrong, everybody dies, life gets murky. I don’t know what you call these people in our communities. They’re often been poets, philosophers, intellectuals. I’m not so sure they’ve been called leaders, or politicians, although there are exceptions like NZ’s Jacinta Ardern.
    Anyway, just a few thoughts.
    Best wishes,

I started writing my blog to help myself understand what I was going through with this incredible love and passion for a person who I had met only once. I was also hoping that what I had to say would also help someone else and thus save the world. Thank you for your posts ❤️
